Body:
Food, Clothing, Shelter, Rest, Recreation, and Exercise.
Mind:
Books, Studies, Networking, Seminars, Events, Travels, Time
Soul:
Love, Relationship, Contribution, Charity
All are important, no one is better than the other. So keep the focus on all 3 areas to improve life. Have balance & keep growing.
My life is God's gift to me. What I become is my gift to God and the world.
